I recently purchased some barley straw from you, do I need to leave it in the netting or empty into the pond loose?
We Replied:Dear Dave Thank you for your question. First remove the outer package and then leave the straw in the net bag. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Paul Ilsley
Sunday 31st, May, 2015I've just bought this product and wondered the same things as the previous person with a question. I note the answer, but how does this affect the fish in the pond; ie if I leave the straw in the netting and it breaks down, will the netting affect the fish, as the netting is unlikely to break down too?
We Replied:Dear Clare Thank you for your question. The bale is designed to be removed once it starts to sink otherwise as you have pointed out the netting could effect the fish or the pump. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
