Design Toscano Catch of the Day Grand Bear

Design Toscano consider this to be one of the most realistic of any of their designer pieces....and I don't disagree.

The size of the sculpture combined with the detail and quality of the painting make this figure a stand out model in the range. 

This master angler has been cast in high detail resin before being hand painted. The colour on the fish is both realistic and highly detailed, as you might expect, but the shading and tone on the bear is what makes this a great sculpture. A large block of colour is notoriously difficult to paint well, but this is just perfect. 

And this must be a very hungry bear as he has a fish in either paw. Are they salmon or are they trout? I'm not sure but I am sure he, or she, has got good taste.

We certainly love this piece as it is immense and powerful yet also has humility and works on various levels.

Statue Maintenance
Your new statue requires very little maintenance and is designed to be placed outdoors for the majority of the year.
However, to extend the durability and lifespan, we recommend taking simple precautions during the harsher winter months to avoid frost damage and excessive weathering.
We advise you to cover or move your statue indoors or to a shed or storage box during the colder months of the year.
