Delivery Information

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK.
In some cases we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Solid. Well Made and Easy to Put Together

Delivered as promised. Driver was very helpful and pleasant. Rang first to say he was on his way. Helped to carry it to where it was going to be assembled. The store is solid and well made. It was easy to put together. It looks good and creates a feature in the garden. More aesthetically pleasing than most other log stores I looked at.

A great log store, a bit more aesthetically pleasing than some other log stores. Easy to assemble & great value for money. Holds about 3/4 of s tonne of logs

Very happy

Excellent product form this supplier and far better than other supplier alternatives. Delivery team really helpful and courteous. I am a DIY novice but managed to assemble with little problem though it's better to have two people when aligning final connections. Quality good.

Very pleased with our Pinnicle log store

Very good value, looks robust and is an attractive feature in our small outdoor area. Does need two people to put it together initially and power tools were used, however it was straightforward.

Very pleased!!!

Received the log store today. Took a couple of hours to build and needed some assistance at the early stages but fairly straightforward. Very sturdy, one of the more attractive looking log stores and good value.

I have been looking for ages for an attractive log store / garden feature. If I bought two would I be able to have them safely side by side if I turned one upside down (obviously would secure them together). I've been experimenting with their interesting shape which would allow interesting log display etc?

We Replied:

Dear Ann Thank you for your question. To be honest the product is not designed to stand the other way round and has not been tested, so it would not be something we could recommend. However as long as you secured it and did not over load it, it should work. The issue is all the weight of the logs on the small shelf and sides pushing them out rather than the base.
