Ordering was good, delivery was quick, great service by yourselves The replacement part fitted perfectly Shame the other motor failed so easily Some Oase products are not as good as they claim to be

Excellent Service
I purchased the Oase Screenmatic Traction Unit from Garden Site. The purchase process was easy. I was informed following the purchase that the item was out of stock and had to be acquired from the manufacturer and because of this the delivery may take up to ten days. Although this was not a problem to me it would have been good service to make this known prior to purchase. The item however was delivered within three days which was very good. the product itself is excellent although quite pricy.
