ROGER BRAY Asked:
The GreenGenie 3000 electrical starter assembly/ballast is shown with twin lamp holders, my assembly has the one lamp. Am I buying parts i don't need or maybe this unit might not be a suitable for for my aged genie?
We Replied:
Dear Roger
Thank you for your question.
The picture is of the larger ballasts, the smaller units only have the one connection.

Phil Machin Asked:
I have a Lotus Green Genie 2000 that's about 22 years old. New bulbs don't work. It probably needs a new Electric Ballast tray. I don't know how to test the unit but I'm willing to go for a new one anyway because the Ballast units look brown and scorched. The one I have looks different to the one you have to offer. All I can suggest is I give you a description of mine. The name on one of the Ballast/transformers is Tridonio L-5 and numbers on it are - 4/8 A27 240V 60 Hz. The Ballast units are a lot smaller in length than the ones you show. If need be I can provide a photo of my Ballast tray.
We Replied:
Dear Phil
Thank you for your question.
As you have stated, yours is 22 years old and the units have changed over time. Our 2000 ballast will work but you will need to mount it to the lid.
