OASE REPLENISHMENT SYSTEM IS FIRST CLASS

This is a "float" which is a prissy euphemism for a "ballcock". It works well in a way similar to a float in a lavatory system to control the level in a pond or pool. As the level begins to fall, the float moves and opens the valve to let more water in. It is simple in concept, but needs good design which this one has. I have bought three to have spares available. It may be attached using a pipe with standard hosepipe bore. Mine is for a pond which serves as a reservoir for a stream pump, so the levels fluctuate depending on rainfall, evaporation and so forth. The seller was efficient, packed the goods well, and delivery was fast and good.
