Description
The very popular 4 x 6 Overlap Pressure Treated Apex Shed is a compact garden shed that can accommodate a surprising amount of tools and equipment.
Weatherproof overlap cladding is square cut and has barge boards and a finial, the softwood timber has been pressure treated against rot. To increase security there is no window and the reinforced door has hidden hinges. Black sand felt covers the roof and a sturdy floor is included as standard.

Base Frame Accessory

If you have a concrete, slabbed or patio area prepared already, and wish to not heighten your new Forest structure off the ground, then it can be installed straight on top of your already prepared area, without the need for a base frame.

A pressure-treated base frame accessory, for your structure to sit on, offering additional integrity. It can replace the need for a concrete or slabbed base area if you have a flat, compacted grass or soil area instead. The base frame can also be used to raise the structure up off the ground, out of direct contact with fallen rainwater.

We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest sheds.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details). Delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year depending on the availability of delivery vehicles.
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside of mainland UK, including to offshore isles, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or to any other country.
Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Seems ok for the money
Only had the shed a couple of weeks. It seems ok at the moment. It is not the best shed I have had, but you get what you pay for. Not sure the pressure treatment will last the 15 years they guarantee. The delivery was on time & the fitters were on time & tidied up after they left. Time will tell.

Perfect Shed
I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service your organization provided today in delivering the shed to my son's allotment in Plymouth. From the initial enquiry to the final delivery and product I could not fault your setup. Both GardenSite and Forest Garden telephone were very polite. The delivery driver kept us informed an hour prior to delivery and arrived at the expected time.
