Very disappointed birthday surprise ruined
My first question was can an item be ordered and paid for but the delivery be delayed, until a future date. I explained the reasons. The answer was yes. However, The item was shipped out regardless of instruction and a 70th birthday present arrived a month early and the whole was surprise was ruined. I did receive an apology, but the damage was done. I just hope the when the package is opened on the day, it is not damaged or broken in any way as normally damaged items should be reported immediately.
