Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Good quality swing bench, value for money. No missing parts and assembling was easy, however, I recommend to read the manual carefully before you start, it may save you some arguing with your wife. Very good customer service.

good quality garden swing
Great quality for money and delivered promptly and politely. Only issue was a few of screws in seats had snapped but i just replaced the broken ones as I didn't consider it a problem. Take your time building it as its important to sort front and back legs.

A sturdy and attractive product
Unexpectedly quick delivery and friendly and prompt replacement supplied for one damaged item. Assembly instructions contain some errors and extra detail would be useful on a couple of points. Careful reading recommended and they should be re-studied and checked as each stage is begun. Overall, a very satisfied customer! Instantly loved by young children.

Good sturdy construction. Some minor carpentry needed to overcome a few inaccuracies. It certainly does require two strong people to handle as the components are heavy. Four small screws were missing but replacements were sent within a couple of days. Overall, this is a good product which arrived quickly and without damage. Recommended.

Do I have to treat the wood at all and can I leave it out all winter without a cover?
We Replied:Dear Frances Thank you for your question. The wood is pressure treated so does not require a treatment for at least 10 years. However it will naturally fade outside over time. You can treat it with a wood oil to bring back the colour or paint it with a Cuprinol or Ronseal at any stage.
