We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

A good, well designed product.
The seat arrived very quickly in 3 heavy boxes. When I opened the boxes the first thing I noticed was how wet some of the parts were, like they had been stored outside, but all the parts were there along with all the hardware. The wood seems to be of a reasonable quality but only time will tell! I noticed that the ends of cut pieces were also showing signs of being pressure treated so hopefully this will preserve all the parts completely. The parts were well defined & cleanly machined & all edges chamfered. The instructions are quite clear although some parts do need to be read very carefully & a small amount of fitting interpretation sometimes needed. The pictures helped a lot. The parts fitted together very well with all holes where they were supposed to be although some of the bolt holes were very tight (maybe because of how wet some parts were) but nothing a few taps with a hammer couldn't sort out. While the general machining of the parts was very good, some of the holes were very ragged around their edges but all were in exactly the right place. The hood slats were hard to put up because of their weight. I ended up separating them from the tapes holding them together & done it that way-simples really! Altogether, I think this is a very good product, it’s at great price & been made with decent materials which are well machined. I hope that I don't need to use the excellent 10-year guarantee! I will retreat the timber every year with a good quality stain/preservative & I expect to get many years use out of the swing seat.

Miami zest swing seat with canopy
When I ordered the product I did not get an email confirmation. So I started panicking. I called the telephone number on the website and the lady told me it was due for delivery the next day. When the delivery guy arrived I requested him to drop it through the back gate which he did. The assembly was for sure a two people job. It is a very heavy and sturdy swing. I really do love it. Everybody who has seen us so far do like it too. At first I thought it would look huge in my bank garden but it doesn't. The seat was low but we just re-hooked it and it's fine now. No need to use a saw on it. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Poor workmanship
Recieved this swingseat very quickly and started to put it together. The instructions are clear and precise however then the problems started. The pre bored holes were all very tight either drillled with blunt drills or the wood was very wet as all the holes had torn fibres causing me to need to redrill all holes. The side supports that stablise the main legs were drilled in the wrong place causing all of the dimensions to be out and this leads to the canopy not fitting they has to be redrilled and the supports sawn to ensure proper fit. Finally the seat was to low and needed two links sawn off to get the correct height all in all very poor workmanship. What should have taken a couple of hours work turned into a full day. Unless you are competent DIY and have access to full range of tools this item is difficult due to the above to assemble. The manufacturer comments was yes we will take it back but you have to pay £31 for collection. All in all this is not cheap product and is marketted as quality item which it clearly is not.

Looks great
No contact made for delivery of item ... Came home one day to find 3 packages left on the drive... With no mention of delivery ... Instructions were vague had to re - assemble a part of the swing fortunately it was early on in the assembly... But the product is fab and of good quality...I love it, it looks really great in the garden..

Good value
Took a while to assemble and had to change some of the screws as they protruded from the canopy otherwise a 2 hour job Worst comment was the delivery 3 large boxes just left at the top of our steps No one told us they were there . If we had been out or away they could easily have been stolen!

Looks good in our garden when built.
Instructions aren't the best but luckily the product is. With a little after care this hammock swing will last a long time. Surprisingly comfortable without cushions too and will not rust like the metal framed versions. Easy to order.

Do I have to treat the wood at all and can I leave it out all winter without a cover?
We Replied:Dear Frances Thank you for your question. The wood is pressure treated so does not require a treatment for at least 10 years. However it will naturally fade outside over time. You can treat it with a wood oil to bring back the colour or paint it with a Cuprinol or Ronseal at any stage.
