Description
The Fontana family are masters in their craft and the new Fontana Mangiafuoco Anthracite gas-fired pizza oven is a testament to how far they've come over their 70-plus years in the oven-making business.
Sporting Italian design and innovation, this large oven will allow you to cook up to 4 pizzas at once in true Italian fashion, making it perfect for gatherings of friends and family on the larger side.
Perfect heat distribution is ensured by the cooking chamber design, which eliminates any hot spots during the cooking process. Furthermore, the refractory chamotte fire surface releases the heat from the burner below, slowly up into the food so you won't be left with any burnt bases, edges or spots!
The large cooking chamber is almost 2cm thick and comes with a layer of natural rock wool insulation built-in for excellent heat retention properties, saving on gas consumption. The exterior is made from electro-galvanised steel that's also been painted in a heat, rust and weather-resistant anthracite coating for both style and longevity. The interior is made from 304-grade stainless steel for its excellent properties when it comes to cooking, such as heat resistance, non-toxicity and strength.
Other useful features include a flue pipe complete with a chimney and adjustable smoke valve to allow the smoke to escape during the cooking process and on the front, you'll find an integrated thermometer that allows you to keep track of the internal temperature.
You may wish to add additional accessories from the list below such as a pizza desk which offers you a complete cooking station on which to mount your oven.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery of ovens will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
