A convenient pond vacuuming solution that avoids interruptions due to the two-chamber system, the Oase PondoVac 4 allows you to vacuum continuously while the sludge is discharged simultaneously.
With a maximum suction depth of 2.4 metres / 8 feet and a very strong 1700 watt motor, you can clean your pond or swimming pool.
Complete with a hand regulator which allows you to adjust the suction power.
It is important to remove silt and sludge from the bottom of your pond to avoid water quality problems.

Product was out of stock when ordered, was notified by phone immediately and given expected delivery date. Followed up by e-mail. Used vacuum for the first time today and was surprised at the amount of rubbish it removed from the pond. Very impressed, good quality, would recommend.

Pondovac 4, Ideal solution for my pond

Good but not the solution for cleaning natural ponds
First off service and delivery first class, nice people to deal with. The pondovac is very powerful and will work well on smooth sided Koi ponds. On natural ponds it is impossible to use some of the attachments, however it is very good for cleaning pump filter baskets without lifting them out and would be good for cleaning around bottom drains. The small nozzle will suck up sludge from the bottom very well, but to avoid pumping out too much water it is better to have someone switch the pump on when you are in position, do an area then switch off. It appears well made and sturdy.

The delivery was unbelievably fast. It is a well made product with good lengths of pipe both inward and outwards. There are plenty of tools to cover a variety of requirements. I am very happy with it.

My pond is oval, about 30ft x 15ft. The margin is pea shingle and I want a, not too expensive, product that will enable me to remove the silt and sludge without sucking up the gravel. I also don't want to kill any wildlife.
