Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

A beautiful addition to any garden.
I first fell in love with this water feature when I saw it in a different store, but when I went to buy it it wasn't in stock, the sales assistant wasn't particularly helpful and they didn't contact me to let me know, so I looked elsewhere. It took me a while to find it, until I found it on this fab website. It stated clearly on here that it wouldn't be available until September and just in case I didn't see it, I was contacted by e-mail to let me know. I was going to wait to take it out of the packaging because I wanted to finish my garden off before enjoying it, but decided that I should take it out just to check it works, and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love it! When I picked it up I was really surprised at how light it is, because I genuinely thought it was made of stone, because it looks so authentic. It looks so beautiful and sounds so peaceful and relaxing when the water cascades. Watching the sphere spin is so mesmerising and the lights look so enchanting. I was going to put it back in the box until next year, but just can't, so I'm currently watching it in my conservatory. I am so pleased with my purchase and the garden site have been extremely pleasant to deal with, I can't recommend enough.

looking ahead
the rotating crystal ball looks great in the dark, colours changing all the time. quite easy to assemble, although there were no instructions, (should have seen that coming) ? which for some people, could be a problem. I recommend that you put a minimum of 5 litres of water in the well so that the water pump does not get damaged. ENJOY ps. I only gave it 4 stars for quality for the lack of instructions.

I understand distilled water should be used in water features, is this true? It's expensive and really hard to find.
We Replied:Dear Graham Thank you for your question. A problem can be the build up of limescale if you live in a hard water area. You have two options available. We Replied:Dear Kate Thank you for your question. Generally, issues with the ball not spinning are to do with the flow setting on the pump. On the pump, you should find a small dial which can be turned to adjust the power of the water flow, it may be that your pump needs turning up a little more for the flow of water to be powerful enough to aid the ball in spinning.
