Smaller orders under £40.00 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge. Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. Extra charges will apply to certain locations for example Isle of Wight and Islands. In some cases we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.

These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.

Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Lovely to look at

Well packaged, arrived in good time & in good condition. Very easy to set up. However, the instructions omit to say to ensure connection from lights to the motor must not sit in water, to poke up out through hole in back with the Main's lead.....it may be that it's just common sense? So satisfied with Gardensite, that I've requested notification of availability for another item i desperately want that's currently out of stock.

Good service

We were very happy with our order the 2nd time round as the first sculpture was damaged. I rang to let them know and sent pictures of the damage. I was delt with professionally and a replacement came within a couple of days. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing on the patio.

Could this item blow over in the wind?

How do I install this water feature? does it need a reservoir and pebbles over the top so the water drains back? Could it be installed on paving slabs with a smaller hole for the water to drain through under the water feature?
