Excellent service, good product.
First thing to note that the opener pictured is not the one received. the autovent received appears to be a thermoforce hd3200. This clamps easily and securely to a Halls Popular greenhouse vent and works well. I'd like to see spare cylinders and an accurate picture on the site. Apart from that it seems a quality product and so far is working reliably for me.

It works but disappointed overall
The product arrived quickly but the installation instructions were very poor. Luckily my father had a similar product which I could look at otherwise I would not have been able to install it. A simple detailed photograph within the instructions would have helped - or even better, a link to a utube clip. I was also disappointed with the way it fitted to the greenhouse - it seem "make do", and over fiddly. Very badly designed.
