Service I received was fab
Its still sitting in my cupboard as was too hot in greenhouse to fit unless I went out 6.30 in morning, now too late to fit because of freezing in winter. However, service I received was fab. I had to ring first as wasn't sure what I was supposed to get.

Does it's job nicely.
Fitting can be awkward.Suggest you prepare by removing your existing fittings,while the unit sits in your fridge/freezer for a short while,in order to ensure that it is fully closed,before you commence.This is because a warm day can result in the unit being partly open,when trying to fit it,and, believe me, this can cause a great deal of aggravation. Once it is fully closed, fitting is relatively easy,and ours has been working perfectly all through this summer.
