Description
At 8ft x 14ft, this Elite Edge 800 Greenhouse is full of potential, a very versatile garden building that can be a wonderfully relaxing garden room, thriving greenhouse or a blend of both.
Contemporary in style, this substantial building will be a practical addition to your garden, with a pent roof which creates generous headroom and adds to the spacious ambiance of the interior.
A host of top quality specifications and design features are included to maximize weather resistance and ensure this is a strong and stable structure that can withstand strong winds and inclement conditions.
Elite's unique core-vect technology is inherited from the market leading Titan range of greenhouses to provide great strength, corner profiles are reinforced and high tensile bolts with stainless steel fittings are used.
The toughened safety glazing is firmly fixed onto place with neoprene beading and bar capping, it's full length and allows through an excellent amount of light, so the interior is very bright and warm. Safety glass doesn't break into shards, so is very safe to use in the garden if children are around.
A silver milled finish is standard for the aluminium frame, however there is a choice of eleven alternative colours. These are tough powder coatings and bar capping can be colour coordinated.
To create adequate ventilation there are two opening vents and a louvre window included, these can be added to and automatic openers fitted to make life easier and ensure that temperature and humidity stays at a comfortable level.
There's no need to worry about access, the wide double doors slide open and there's a low threshold to reduce any chance of tripping as you enter. They can also be locked to secure any contents.
On the list of options you'll find shelving and staging, extra double doors can be added and there's a rainwater collection kit so that this precious resource can be recycled from the integral guttering.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.

Shelving can be installed on both sides of your greenhouse.

A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

Ideal as a frost heater in larger greenhouses or for more
concentrated use in a greenhouse up to 5 square metres, the
Super Warm 5 boasts a 4.5 litre capacity fuel tank which will

with Elite Standard Rainwater Kit
Each standard kit includes two downpipes (with stopper for the opposite end), offering one downpipe for each left and right side of the greenhouse. This allows rainwater to flow out of the two downpipes, and optionally be stored into two water butts (sold separately).
Purchasing two kits will give you four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse, allowing rainwater to be optionally stored into four water butts (sold separately).
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
An easy way to combine the integral gutters on your greenhouse roof to a single outlet.
This kit includes pipework that goes along the back of your greenhouse, connecting both sides of the integral roof guttering, then flowing out of one single downpipe.
This means that you will only need one water butt.
You do not require the standard rainwater kit if you opt for this version.

This compact and slim design water barrel offers a rigid moulded plastic design with a capacity of up to 100 litres (22 gallons). Our standard, inclusive delivery is to the majority of mainland areas: mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland*

Inclusive along the A74(M) and M74 corridor, or the A76 corridor to Kilmarnock and Ayr, (but NOT west of Dumfries), and then onwards up to the Glasgow and Edinburgh area. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will typically be made within the below timeframes, depending on the model:

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
