We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.

Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Searched for the Emily benches after seeing them in a garden centre. Cheaper on line so we ordered two. One arrived damaged with the screws missing but the damaged & missing parts were very quickly replaced. They are good quality - a lovely addition to our cottage garden!

Turned up un- announced, thankfully neighbour took parcels in. Checked website daily to arrange dilevery time. Bench is solid and stable but wood preservative patchy.

Excellent quality

We had problems with the delivery as only one of two parcels delivered. Suppliers were extremely helpful with sorting the problem out with couriers and upgraded us to a Saturday delivery free of charge. Excellent quality bench and couldn't beat the price .

Regarding the Emily 5ft bench, the seat size is quoted as being 55mm x 20mm. Should the be centimetres? If so, is 55cm the total measurement forward of the back? Also what routine maintenance is required?

Dear Mike Thank you for your question. The seat slats are 55mm x 20mm (2ins x ¾in). The bench dimensions are: Max Width: 1.53m (5ft 0ins), Max Depth: 0.65m (2ft 2ins) and Max Height: 0.96m (3ft 2ins). The item is pressure treated so it does not require treating unless you want to restore the wood colour as it fades over time. To do this, you can use a Danish oil or outdoor wood oil. Dear Ian Thank you for your question. We do not offer leg protectors as the wood is pressure treated with a 10 year guarantee against rot and decay.
