Good item, poor delivery on this occasion
Let me start by saying Garden Site were brilliant with excellent customer services however this items come direct from the supplier / manufacturer which is where the problems lie. The bench itself is good, sturdy, sensible size for a small garden and up to the job. It has a few splits in the wood but nothing too detrimental. The courier did not deliver on the day arranged but came the next day. Also, the item is only wrapped in plastic (no box). The packaging was ripped leaving the bench exposed and a corner covered in dirt / mud. It had also been stored for sometime in the elements as the fixings were wet and many corroded. They were usable however, and the bench went together fine. Just a bit disappointed on how it was delivered and packaged (damaged). Garden Site did everything they could to locate the order and arrange a suitable new delivery time. I did not complain about the condition of the bench / packaging as I thought it would be too much hassle to change and is fine now it's put together and in use. We have made use of it most days to eat & relax at in our little woodland garden.

Good Price for Quality Product
Looked at other websites, this was the best value for the quality. Instructions not that good but took under two hours to assemble and looks great, just right for the summer.
