Description
The 6 feet wide by 10 feet deep silver Palram Harmony greenhouse is a modern and compact structure with plenty of space for starting off your seedlings and growing a range of flowers and vegetables.
With an aluminium frame, the greenhouse boasts a sturdy rust-free infrastructure that's lightweight, and this makes installation very easy. Glazing panels make use of Palram's sliding assembly feature which lets you simply slide the crystal clear panels into the framing without the need for any awkward locking parts.
The glazing used for the Harmony range is made from polycarbonate, a 'virtually unbreakable' material that will not shatter into shards like glass and has excellent light transmission to promote healthy plant growth while blocking harmful UV rays.
Included with your greenhouse are accessories that would normally cost you extra with other similar greenhouse brands. These include a galvanised steel base frame kit to improve the overall stability and make installation more efficient. A roof vent window can be manually opened to change the temperature and humidity inside, and a compact guttering system along the roof frame conveniently directs water into a compatible water butt or container for recycling.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Looking forward to using it this summer
Seems pretty strong and durable so far. Looks lovely and works a charm to keep the plants happy in Scottish weather. The instructions were mostly clear and detailed (over 50 steps) though there two off the steps that were a little bit tricky as the print was incorrect (or maybe I just misunderstood them). Either way, figured it out and got there in the end. Took 4 hours to build. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

No Complaints
Big shed, small price, what's not to like. Everything fitted into place without too much of a struggle although I did managed to break a pane it was quickly replaced after a call to the gardensite people. There's plenty of extras to make it really useful and productive. Really looking forward to growing tomatoes and chillies in the next few months.

Will an extra shade kit be big enough to cover all the greenhouse?

The shade cover will cover an area the size of 230cm x 265cm (7ft 6ins x 8ft 8ins), although it can be installed to cover only part of your greenhouse depending on what you were growing inside. Does the Palram Hybrid range come with a base (floor) and can the 6ft x 10ft be erected by one person? Regarding orientation, the prevailing winds on my allotment are south-westerly, so is north-south best?
We Replied:Dear Sharon Thank you for your question. This greenhouse is not supplied with a base/floor as it is designed to be placed directly onto compact soil, grass, slabs, a patio or other hard standing base. It is also advised that at least two people are involved in the installation process. Unfortunately, we could not advise on the best orientation as this has multiple factors depending on the garden and location.
