I am sorry to learn that you do not get kudos for being so helpful! It is good to know that all customers receive such prompt and useful assistance from the team at your end, but as a frequent Internet shopper I can assure you that there a very few places who treat a customer in the manner that your company does, so when I get such good and attentive service, I appreciate it all the more. Therefore, may I offer you my own kudos for being so helpful to me? Not much I know, but maybe you could let your team manager 'notice' my thanks on the screen as he or she passes?
