Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK.
We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest products.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Attractive, solidly built arbour
I am very pleased with this arbour which has transformed a dull area of my garden. It is very solidly constructed and the seats are a generous size and comfortable. We were building it on an uneven area of grass and earth and it took a long time to put it up (5 hours) as we had to level the surface and site tiles under each upright. It would be much easier to construct on a patio. Two small niggles - one of the uprights was prescrewed onto a trellis the wrong way round (we had to inscrew it and correct this) and one of the seat slats had a bad knot that made it nearly break when it was stood on (we got round this by turning it round and putting the cracked end over a post). Other than this I am delighted with the product and the service provided.

Wonderful service Wonderful product
Arrived promptly... Greatly appreciated the minimal packaging... Everything was as ordered and it was put up with minimal effort... The instructions were good and I am no DIYer and I was able to follow them 😄 the arbour itself is a delight and we are now enjoying planting our climbers and shrubs around it... Great Service, Thank-You
Andy, I once contacted a company to complain about a service and they commented that nobody ever contacts them to say "well done". I remembered that and have always tried to contact companies when I have had good service. Although the instructions were not attached to the arbour I ordered, when I contacted you the response was immediate and the instructions easy to read and understand. The delivery of the arbour was quick and when I requested a morning delivery you exceeded my hopes with a delivery at 08.30am. If I ever need anything else in this line I will certainly look at your web site first, unlike Argos who although a few pounds cheaper overall seemed unable to supply the item (I had been trying for 4 weeks). What sort of base is needed for the Sorrento Arbour, the pictures suggest that the posts do not go into the ground. what would be the best way to anchor the structure?

Would this structure be better sited on paving slabs or is it OK to put it on bare earth/grass? Will the preservation treatment protect the wooden supports even if they get damp?
We Replied:Dear Clare Thank you for your question. The product can be put on grass/earth. However, it may sink into the ground over time depending on how wet your ground is. The preservative will protect the wood but anything that prevents the wood getting wet will help to sustain the life of the product.
