Unfortunately, we can't deliver this product range to Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Elegant bird bath

The bird bath arrived safe and sound 3 working days after I ordered it. I was amazed at the speed of delivery. As for the bird bath , it's really lovely. This was a Xmas present for my husband . Will be using the garden site again , cannot fault the service

Great product, issues with delivery

Bought this for my Dad from local garden centre last year and loved it but could only find it on line this year. More expensive but worth every penny. DelIvery was an issue as it was not put on lorry on first arranged day, so after waiting in all day it was not delivered but did arrive next day. Apologies were offered by man in delivery office, who was very nice and accepted by myself. So all well in the end .

excellent service and delivery

Delivery service was excellent and very prompt after ordering. Love the overall design...however the dish is too deep for the wee birds to have a bath...they are happy to drink from it. We've filled it with stones to see if that will help.
