Was very pleased with the Technician's knowledge as we discussed various options for repairing/replacing our existing pump. Unfortunately it is unusual to get such in-depth product knowledge nowadays - many thanks. PS the replacement pump has been pumping away for the last month and hopefully will continue for many more!
