Hozelock Ecopower+ 4000 UVC Pond Filter

If you require a high performance pond filter, the Hozelock Ecopower 4000 certainly fits the bill.

Suitable for ponds up to 8000 litres, the Ecopower's mechanical and biological filtration system will guarantee healthy clear water in which your fish will thrive.

Used with a pond pump, the Ecopower+ removes waste solids and transform dissolved fish waste into harmless compounds. 

A UV chamber successfully deals with problems such as algae related green water. A turbulator makes sure that the pond water is exposed correctly to an 8w UV light, a venturi then adds aeration.

Biological filtration takes place at the base of the filter using Kaldnes K3. This multi-layer material is constantly on the move, self cleaning and providing the ideal environment in which beneficial bacteria can colonise to purify the water. 

Foam filters remove debris and solid waste collects in the bottom chamber ready to be removed while the resultant filtered water exits back into the pond..

One more great advantage of the Hozelock Cyprio Ecopower+ pond filter is that it can be largely buried out of view, concealed yet highly effective.
