Lotus Instant Bream Preformed Pond

One of the larger models in Lotus's 'Instant' collection of preformed plastic ponds, this model boasts a capacity of 273 litres, making it ideal for housing small to medium-sized fish. You can also introduce aquatic plants at varying depths thanks to the integrated shelves that allow for the planting of marginal species that prefer shallow water, such as yellow iris or flowering rush. The incorporated shelves will also be favoured by wildlife, such as frogs, newts and toads who will use it as a pathway to help themselves get in and out of the pond as they please. 

A fantastic feature of this pond is its natural, informal shape that allows it to blend in harmoniously with the surrounding environment, ensuring a seamless transition from land to water. The textured rock finish further contributes toward creating an organic waterside look that will certainly encourage wildlife to visit your garden.

Installation is very quick and easy - simply dig a hole, drop the pond in and backfill with soft sand or sifted soil as you gradually add water, making sure to check that the pond remains 100% level at all times.
