Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

Please ensure that any access through your home or to a garden is spacious enough to fit the product through, based on the overall dimensions. Any cancelled order or failed delivery due to the product not being able to fit may incur a failed delivery charge and/or return costs.

Creates an ideal permanent pond feature

Pond arrived on time and was quickly put in position (raised above ground level) on concrete base. Time then spent building sides and filling with sand, installing electrics and pump/filter system. All has been good as expected and fish seem to be thriving. Only thing I did not realise was that the shiny green surface of the pond does scratch quite easily during installation . Not a problem though as pond edges are covered with wood surround and no physical effect on the pond's form and strength. Overall I would definitely recommend this product for a more permanent pond.
