This model comes with marginal shelves that are moulded into the structure for your convenience. The greatest benefit of these shelves is that you can introduce a mixture of plants, including species that prefer shallow water and species that prefer deeper water. These contrasting levels will not only contribute towards providing a natural waterside look, but they'll also become favoured by wildlife who will use them as steps to get in and out of the pond as they please.

Made from rigid HDPE plastic, this pond is robust in construction and should last you a lifetime if installed and maintained appropriately. The installation process is very easy: simply dig a hole, place the pond inside and then backfill with soft sand or sifted soil as you gradually add water. Don't forget to ensure that the pond remains completely level at all times during installation.

Please Note:
Ponds are supplied unboxed and are stored outside at our show site. It is normal for slight visual imperfections on the product's surface to be present upon delivery, including dirt and superficial marks. Due to the way they are moulded, pond edges may be subject to creasing during transportation, especially in warm weather conditions. These will settle once installed and do not affect the pond's integrity.

We offer free mainland UK delivery on orders over £60.00. Smaller orders under £60.00 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.

Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
