Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
Please ensure that any access through your home or to a garden is spacious enough to fit the product through, based on the overall dimensions. Any cancelled order or failed delivery due to the product not being able to fit may incur a failed delivery charge and/or return costs.

Delivery took 15 days good communication with the delivery company arranged a day and time for the delivery (were down in Devon) was easy to install and the grandkids love the fish, would use this company again.
