Lovely sturdy pond. Easy to fit and looks amazing
I appreciate that this pond has rounded corners but is it rectangular i.e. the same width at both ends?
We Replied:Dear Kester Thank you for your question. The sizes at each end are different, this is not a rectangular pond. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
Monday 18th, May, 2015What is the width of the narrower end of the pond?
We Replied:Dear Pete Thank you for your question. The size is approx. 70cm (28ins) from the outside edges. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Paul Ilsely
Sunday 13th, September, 2015This pond is to replace an existing much larger one which was installed using a pond liner, what can we use to fill in the gap underneath and around edges?
We Replied:Dear Anne Thank you for your question. We would recommend using soil and then a lining of sand for the base and sides, no waste materials should be used as these could damage the pool. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
Monday 20th, May, 2019if the pond overfills naturally from rain, do you let it run over one edge or is their an overflow system required?
We Replied:Dear Martin Thank you for your question. Excess water would just run over the edges but it would take a heavy rainfall to flood the pond as you do not generally fill it to the top. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
