The new Derwent model from Bermuda is a wonderful 'ready-made' option that can be enjoyed by both enthusiasts and novices alike as it has been designed and shaped to be as user-friendly as possible. It comes with marginal shelves that are built into the structure, allowing you to plant at varying depths. One of the best thing about these shelves is that wildlife will use them as stepping stones to give themselves a helping hand in and out of the water as they please.
The installation process is quick and easy - simply dig an appropriate-sized hole, carefully place the pond inside and then gradually backfill with soft sand as you add water. It's paramount to check that the pond remains level as you install it.
Crafted from high-density polyethylene plastic (PE), this pond has been built to last. It even comes with a 10 year guarantee for your peace of mind.
Please Note:
Ponds are supplied unboxed and are stored outside at our show site. It is normal for slight visual imperfections on the product's surface to be present upon delivery, including dirt and superficial marks. Due to the way they are moulded, pond edges may be subject to creasing during transportation, especially in warm weather conditions. These will settle once installed and do not affect the pond's integrity.

We offer free mainland UK delivery on orders over £60.00. Smaller orders under £60.00 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.

Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
