Description
This new Lotus 10 x 15ft Metal Garage comes with all the innovative design and assembly features that have made the entire range so popular with our customers.
The garage is built from heavy-duty galvanized steel and it has double hinged doors for easy entry. There's also a useful side door, so this is a versatile structure which can accommodate a vehicle or be turned into a workshop or hobby space.
Outstanding design means that there are fewer parts, so assembly and installation is quick and, once in place, the anthracite grey panels require only minimal maintenance, they won't fade or rust and no further painting is required.
Optional skylights and an anchoring kit are available, vented gables are already fitted as standard to encourage air to circulate in a structure that's spacious, very practical, and benefits from a 15-year guarantee.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Is there any reason not to site a 15 foot garage on a level gravel surface? The gravel sits on around 30cm of compacted hardcore which sits on solid chalk. I would move any loose gravel prior to installation.
We Replied:Dear David Thank you for your question. These types of garages, for maximum stability and strength are designed to be anchored down at the bottom of the frame to a hard, solid surface using anchor screws/bolts. It's only really recommended to install them onto a concrete, patio or tarmac surface, unfortunately, we couldn't advise trying to install one onto hardcore no matter how compacted it is. Instead of creating a whole concrete 10x15 floor, you could possibly create a concrete perimeter just for where the garage frame would meet the ground. This way you could anchor the garage's frame to the concrete perimeter and leave your gravel/hardcore surface in the middle.
