Description
With so much room, this Globel 10ft x 19ft metal workshop offers plenty of opportunity for DIY and other projects.
The structure is built using the heaviest gauge hot dipped galvanized steel in its category, the panels will not warp or crack and demand only minimal maintenance. Strength is guaranteed by a full structural frame with mid-wall bracing.
There are three alternative positions for the double doors to suit the location, air circulates through vents and the workshop is rodent and rot proof with a 15 year manufacturer's guarantee.
This brand new design can boast quicker assembly when compared with its competitors due to fewer parts, so your workshop will be in operation faster than you might ever have hoped.
"Exterior" refers to the maximum external dimension including roof overhangs. All sizes are approximate. All steel buildings must be firmly anchored and require a suitable concrete or slab base with a damp proof membrane or a Foundation Floor Kit. Full base preparation details will be sent BEFORE the unit is delivered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated, due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

The door can be positioned at various points along the 19ft side (on the front side as pictured, it can be positioned on the left as seen, or on the right), but can't be put on the 10ft sides.. Hi, does this shed come with a floor? If not, what options are available? Is this a waterproof sealed shed? I have a granite dust ground, how can this be secured to the ground? Thank you
We Replied:Dear Nayaan, Thank you for your question. This workshop is not supplied with a floor - your base surface (i.e concrete, paving slabs) can be used as the floor if you wish and it is essential that the building is anchored to this for stability. We recommend purchasing a Hilti Anchor Screw Kit with the correct number of fasteners plus a masonry drill bit which will be delivered with your metal workshop so you can secure it to your base. The shed is not waterproof but weatherproof. As with all metal sheds, condensation will occur during certain times of the year which will cause water droplets on the inside of the building.
