This preformed pond has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible - it comes with shelves that are pre-moulded into the structure, ready for your choice of marginal plants that can be positioned at varying depths. Another fantastic benefit of these shelves is that they encourage aquatic wildlife to visit your pond, as they will use them as a handy pathway to climb up and down when they want to get in and out of the pond respectively.
Installation is really simple which makes it doable for novices and experienced pond owners alike - all you have to do is dig a hole, position the pond in place and backfill with soft sand as you gradually add the water, ensuring the pond remains level at all times.

Please Note: Ponds are supplied unboxed and are stored outside at our show site. It is normal for slight visual imperfections on the product's surface to be present upon delivery, including dirt and superficial marks. Due to the way they are moulded, pond edges may be subject to creasing during transportation, especially in warm weather conditions. These will settle once installed and do not affect the pond's integrity.

Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
