Description
The Chameleon 44 from Lasita's extensive range of log cabins would make an excellent addition to any outdoor space, offering you a stunning and practical garden building with two rooms making it viable for a plethora of different uses.
As with other cabins from Lasita, this model makes use of slow-grown Nordic Spruce timber which is known to have superior durability when compared to most timbers, further, it boasts a more consistent finish throughout for a pleasing aesthetic finish.
The pent roof design and flush edges give this cabin a contemporary feel that will add masses of character to its surroundings. The ridge height has been intentionally made to be less than 2.5m, which is a bonus for those living in Britain as anything above 2.5m requires planning permission from your local authority, there are, however, other factors involved so we would always recommend checking with your council before construction.
The interlocking build system of the walls makes assembling the cabin remarkably easy, made easier still with the included full & detailed instructions. 18mm boards have been used for the roof and the floor, making use of tongue & groove cladding for a clean finish and exceptional durability. Furthermore, the cabin makes use of chalet corner jointing and bearers throughout for added peace of mind.
Enter your cabin through a set of laminated, large double doors that sports both a low threshold covered by a stainless steel sill and fully double glazed windows. The cabin also comes with a single door and a single, tall, double glazed window. The position of both the single door and window can be changed during assembly, giving you the option to have the window on the front or either side of the cabin, and the single door can be assembled either on the internal wall, or the exterior wall so you can have an internal or external entrance to the side room.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is a guttering kit, an insulation kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
- The Channel Islands and Scilly Isles

Unfortunately, due to the large nature of the products, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or to any other country not stated above.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
