Description
Because the Shire Shiplap 5ft x 7ft Dip Treated Shed is so sturdily built and such a versatile size, it will be a long term and extremely useful addition to anyone's garden.
Large enough to use as a storage space for garden as well as domestic items that need protection from the elements, this high quality shed is constructed from weatherproof boards that are dip treated to prevent rot.
The timber used is excellent quality and sourced sustainably, you'll be impressed by the strength of the tongue & groove floor and the roof is made up from single sheet OSB covered by hardwearing mineral felt.
Security is provided by a pad bolt on the single door and moving around inside the shed is easy due to the high ridge and eaves in addition to the large amount of light shining through the side window.

All Shire Garden Buildings are dip treated. Select this option if you wish for your building to have a base coat applied with one coat of Protek Gold Woodstain. Please note that selecting this option may extend your delivery time period slightly to allow for the application of paint to dry.

A matching Shire adjustable base is very easy to assemble and easy to level. The spike system means that the surface you wish your building to go on doesn't have to be even as it will lift the frame and can even manage a slight gradient. The spikes can be driven into the ground on firm soil, grass or even laid on hard ground.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days (excludes weekends) but may be extended during busy times of the year.
The designated carrier will contact you in order to book a delivery date from future available delivery dates. From then on, you will receive a tracking link so that you can follow your delivery online, as well as receive text message updates if a mobile phone number is provided during checkout.
Vehicles We Use
Items are usually delivered on a 3.5-ton lorry via a 3rd party carrier. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location or driveway. We cannot commit to drivers carrying these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
