Description
The Power 6ft x 12ft Security Apex Shed will provide a safe haven for all your tools, garden equipment and valuable domestic items that need to be stored in a spacious and dry environment.
A great feature of this and other sheds in the range is that they can be customized. The door can be hinged on your preferred side so that it opens to the left or right, you can also choose to enter the shed from the front or rear, and fitting double doors is another option.
Access is secured by a 5 pin cylinder lock with a 50mm bolt. This is fitted with a solid brass escutcheon plate and can be operated from either side. Anti-vandal screws are supplied and these can be used for the hinges that are galvanized to resist rust.
Heavy-duty 44mm x 28mm framing gives the shed great robustness and stability. Slow grown Scandinavian timber is highly durable and the panels are all screwed to increase their strength with corner braces ensuring the structure's rigidity.
You'll find that there's ample headroom inside the shed due to the high apex roof, and there is some light coming through four small windows that are glazed with toughened glass and positioned high up on one side.
Shiplap tongue & groove panels are the ideal cladding choice as they repel rainwater and it's an attractive style. The floor and roof are similarly constructed and high-quality bitumen impregnated felt with a polyester backing waterproofs the interior.
All the timber that's used is sustainably sourced, it is naturally warp-resistant and dip-treated in a special preservative that contains wax. No re-treatment is necessary for at least a year and the shed is guaranteed for ten years against rot and decay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
