Independent to the Biohort CasaNova outbuilding range, each of the nine available sizes can be customised to suit your garden and space requirements. Boasting a very modern, contemporary design with a flat roof that benefits from a full all-round acrylic glass skylight surround just underneath, the full-surround skylight allows maximum light inside along with two sections being able to be opened, to allow ventilation and cooling whilst inside.

More than just a shed, the CasaNova range can be used as a garden office, garden gym, workshop, hobby room, or simply as a cozy garden retreat to enjoy throughout all four seasons. This is thanks to the inclusive 40mm thick insulation core within the main wall panels, helping to keep the structure cooler during the summer and warmer throughout the winter. Meaning that you can make use of, and enjoy your new building 365 days a year - the perfect solution for working from hobby, or for when working on your favourite hobby in a separate area outside of the home.

Only top-quality, heavy-duty materials are used; hot-dipped galvanized, polyamide-coated steel wall and roof plate, along with rust-free screws and hinges that are made of stainless steel, offering a secure, long-lasting storage area for the garden.

Thermal Insulation
As standard, CasaNova outbuildings of all sizes come with a 40mm polystyrene core, which is sandwiched between the double-walled steel plate panels. This adds exceptional insulating properties for both hot and cold scenarios, aiding with keeping the building cooler during summer days, and warmer during colder days.

Colour & Size
The Casanova range is available in a total of nine different sizes, five of which being 3m wide, and four being 4m wide, both in varying lengths all the way up to 6m in depth. To top it off and for maximum customisation, each size is also available in a choice of three colour finishes, each one continuing the modern scheme, including two shades of grey, and metallic silver.

Steel Plate Wall Panels
Casanova wall and roof panels are crafted from Austria-sourced 0.5mm steel plate - double the thickness of most cheaper metal garden sheds on the market, with a total of four protective coatings, applied to both the inside and the outside. Firstly, the steel plates are galvanised with a zinc coating. Secondly, an undercoat is used. Thirdly, a primer is applied on top of the undercoat, preparing the panels for the final coating of polyamide enamel. This combination offers superior quality, exceptional weather resistance, and overall, these panels have been tested to be fireproof, in accordance with EN 13501-1 Class A1 regulations.

20-Year Guarantee
Every Biohort Casanova boasts a super long 20-year guarantee, which guarantees the metal panels against corrosion when installed and used as per Biohort's recommended best practices.

Storm Proof
Due to the heavy-duty nature of Biohort Casanova and the thick wall and roof panels, they have been tested to withstand storms of up to 93 miles per hour (150km/h) when installed and anchored to the manufacturer guidelines. Biohort products have been thoroughly tested at the Vienna University of Technology in Austria, withstanding the highest wind level on the Beaufort-scale, known as windforce 12.

Additionally, for those living in areas prone to a lot of snowfall, the roof load on Casanova buildings has been tested up to 215kg/m2.
