Description
A tremendously versatile garden building due to its substantial size, modular design and impressive list of accessories, the BioHort CasaNova 14 x 20ft Metal Shed is ideal for both relaxation and work, a marvellous summer house, hobby room or workshop that boasts contemporary style in abundance.
Durable galvanized steel cladding with a polyamide coating in quartz grey or dark grey is rot resistant with a twenty year non-corrosion guarantee. It a has a polystyrene insulating core and the roof is weatherproofed not by cheap felt but long lasting EPDM, a rubber material that protects the strong three ply roof.
Boasting many innovative contemporary features, there is a 360° acrylic glass fanlight that allows sunlight to stream into the interior. Tilt & turn windows can be added as well as full length windows and glass inserts for the doors, the result is an exceptional building that is bright and warm whatever the weather.
Access is similarly well specified with lots of choice. Double doors can be added or a side door that can be hinged on either side. These are fitted with a gas spring damper and a threshold ramp is also available. For maximum access, there is a overhead door option that can be remotely or manually opened.
As only high quality materials are used in the shed's construction including stainless steel screws and hinges that are hidden from view, this is a maintenance free shed. It can also stand up to extreme weather particularly if anchored to the optional foundation frame which is one of many accessories.
Aluminium flooring will be a popular addition, there are racks on offer if you have a cycle, and the optional electric mounting plate will be useful if you plan to use the shed as a workshop or need power tools. Shelving, a folding table and many other items will complete a superb garden structure that is customized to your individual requirements.

1) Purchase your new garden building along with our approved installation.
2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
BioHort UK Delivery
All BioHort products are imported into the UK directly from the BioHort factory in Austria on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories). Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year or delays out of our control such as delays at customs or ports. Once your order has arrived in the UK, a delivery date will be provided by email or phone from the carrier.
The timeframe for order completion to delivery is usually within 14 - 21 working days
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Cancellation Rights
This product range is imported and delivered on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories), meaning that if you decide to cancel the order after the item has been imported or despatched, cancellation and return delivery charges may apply.
Vehicles Access
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. The driver(s), due to health and safety regulations are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
