Description
Highly practical with an attractive contemporary appearance, the BioHort CasaNova 10 x 14ft Metal Shed will be a terrific garden resource with a fantastic range of options so that it can be customized to your particular requirements.
Built from galvanized steel with a polyamide coating, this modern shed carries a twenty year rot resistant guarantee. A polystyrene core adds insulation, and the long lasting EPDM weatherproofs the three layered plywood roof.
You have a choice of colours - dark grey or quartz grey - and very visible is the 360° acrylic glass fanlight that allows lots of light into the shed, so the interior is warm and welcoming whether used purely for storage or as a working environment.
An optional foundation frame will add to the shed's strength and stability even during extreme weather and you'll love the fact that it is maintenance free with invisible stainless steel hinges and screws.
There are many options and accessories to increase access, you can choose to have double doors or an extra side door, these can be hinged on the left or right to suit the location, they are fitted with a gas spring damper and a threshold ramp is also available. Overhead doors will give even greater access, and these can be manual or motorized.
Tilt & turn or full length windows will add more light and cyclists will be able to store bikes on the single or double hangers. If you use power tools, there is a choice of electric mounting panel, shelving is also available along with other options including aluminium flooring to personalize this very functional and great garden building.

Save time having to install your new garden building yourself and let our accredited installers do it for you.
1) Purchase your new garden building along with our approved installation.
2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
BioHort UK Delivery
All BioHort products are imported into the UK directly from the BioHort factory in Austria on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories). Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year or delays out of our control such as delays at customs or ports. Once your order has arrived in the UK, a delivery date will be provided by email or phone from the carrier.
The timeframe for order completion to delivery is usually within 14 - 21 working days
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Cancellation Rights
This product range is imported and delivered on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories), meaning that if you decide to cancel the order after the item has been imported or despatched, cancellation and return delivery charges may apply.
Vehicles Access
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. The driver(s), due to health and safety regulations are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
