Description
A fabulous garden building in which to spend time, the BioHort CasaNova 10 x 16ft Metal Shed can be a workshop, summer house, home gym or put to many other uses due to its modular design and impressive roster of options and accessories.
The galvanized steel cladding is coated in dark grey or quartz grey polyamide to maximize rot resistance, it also has a polystyrene insulating core that will help the building retain warmth throughout the year. EPDM covers the roof, this is a rubber material with a life span that far outlasts normal roofing felt.
Another notable design feature is the 360° acrylic glass fanlight that fills the interior with light and more glazing can be added with tilt & turn windows and full length windows including glass inserts for the doors.
A foundation frame will give the shed great strength and keep it stable during bad weather, all the screws and hinges are stainless steel and we know that everyone will appreciate the shed's maintenance free qualities.
Access is similarly generous, double doors can be added or a side door and these can be hinged on either side. A gas spring damper is fitted and you might also choose to have a threshold ramp. An overhead door is also available as an option and these can be operated remotely.
If the shed is used to store bikes, you can be sure that there are cycle racks on the list of accessories together with an electric mounting panel, shelving and many other useful items to complete what is a tremendously functional structure.

Save time having to install your new garden building yourself and let our accredited installers do it for you.
1) Purchase your new garden building along with our approved installation.
2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
BioHort UK Delivery
All BioHort products are imported into the UK directly from the BioHort factory in Austria on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories). Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year or delays out of our control such as delays at customs or ports. Once your order has arrived in the UK, a delivery date will be provided by email or phone from the carrier.
The timeframe for order completion to delivery is usually within 14 - 21 working days
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Cancellation Rights
This product range is imported and delivered on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories), meaning that if you decide to cancel the order after the item has been imported or despatched, cancellation and return delivery charges may apply.
Vehicles Access
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. The driver(s), due to health and safety regulations are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
