Description
The SpinClean AUTO 50000 is the largest from PondXpert's innovative new range of pressure filters, using both mechanical and biological filtration this unit also sports an integrated motor to provide automatic internal cleaning of the sponges, saving you from having to remove the internal media for maintenance every time.
With the self-cleaning technology, you can set your filter to clean itself with minimal input from yourself.
Once your filter has become saturated with dirt and debris a red waste indicator pops up on the top of the unit. Following this, simply:
- Turn off the pump
- Turn the blue dial to 'Clean'
- The filter will then display a red light and the motor will begin turning the cleaning paddle against the sponges
- After this 3 minutes, you will hear a beep which indicates that the cleaning process has finished
- Turn the pump on, and dirty water will begin to escape through the dedicated waste outlet
- Once this water turns clear, turn off the pump
- Turn the blue dial back to 'Pond'
- Switch the pump back on
Including the fine and coarse foams that come with the unit, it also sports a 55W UVC and biological media in the form of 'BioBalls' which are situated below the foams, providing excellent additional biological filtration resulting in clear water.
