Description
The Oase BioSmart 30000 flow through pond filter is ideal for both beginners or experienced pond keepers, being easy to set up and maintain and providing excellent filtration.
With cleaning handles on your foams for convenient maintenance, and the integrated sludge drain enables you to remove any debris from the bottom of your filter after cleaning.
A temperature display so you can keep a check on the water temperature of your pond at all times and use the correct fish food.

- 4 blue coarse foams, 4 red fine foams, 1 green foam.
- Inlet size 25, 32, 38mm.
- Outlet DN75mm.
- For ponds up to 30,000 litres without fish.
- For ponds up to 15,000 litres with fish.
The great thing about this filter is that you can bury this filter slightly so long as the outlet is higher than your pond surface level. The use of outlet hose enables you to situate the filter away from the pond.
Upgrade to a BioSmart Set by choosing from the options below, this will give you both an optimal pump and UVC unit also. This filter can be combined with the Oase Bitron 24W or 36W UVC clarifiers which are sold separately and may be added below.

I'm building a new pond with a gravity fed Eazypod filter. I'm thinking of adding the Oase BioSmart 30000 to the system. Presumably it would be connected to the outlet of the Eazypod then the UV and the pump pulling clear water. So I'd think of putting the Biotec besides the Eazypod then the pump water out of the system and making the gravity feed work. Is this correct?

We Replied:Dear Ricky Thank you for your question. The Biosmart 30000 and the Biotech 10.1 are the same filter. The difference between the 30000 and 36000 is the capacity, the 36000 is suitable for ponds up to 36000 litres and the 30000 will only handle up to 30000 litres.
