Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
Please ensure that any access through your home or to a garden is spacious enough to fit the product through, based on the overall dimensions. Any cancelled order or failed delivery due to the product not being able to fit may incur a failed delivery charge and/or return costs.

Very pleased with this pond, well made and a good price. Delivery was excellent, it said 14 days but came in 2. Delivery driver was really helpful and helped us to carry it to the location.
Can the pond be laid directly onto soil, or do you need to lay some sort of membrane beneath?
