The contemporary style of a Power 18 x 12ft Pent Log Cabin will enhance any garden or outside space, it is an impressive building that's also enormously versatile and can be used whatever the weather or time of the year.
In addition to its modern styling, the cabin is tremendously well constructed with 44mm Scandinavian timber logs providing weatherproof cladding and durable 19mm boards used for the hardwearing tongue & groove flooring and roof.
Wide double doors offer easy access into a spacious interior. These can be positioned to best suit the cabin's location and how you are going to use it, whether purely as a summer retreat, a garden gym, hobby room or, as home working becomes ever more popular, a comfortable office.
The cabin's modern features are clear to see, the anthracite grey doors and windows with external sills are all made from easy to maintain uPVC which is ideal for outdoor use. They are double glazed with toughened glass to achieve effective insulation and a 5 point locking mechanism provides excellent security,
You'll find the the light filled interior is very welcoming and its spaciousness allows many possible uses. It's also well appointed with attractive Burford style skirting and the low threshold aluminium door sills add to the cabin's accessibility as well as to its eye catching and thoughtful design.
Built from only top quality materials, traditional mineral roofing felt has been replaced by EPDM, a waterproof rubber covering that can last for as much as fifty years. There is also a gutter edge drip plate so that rainwater runs away from and therefore doesn't damage the cabin sides.
Tanalised bearers are in place to protect against rot and the roof purlins are extra long to ensure a rigid structure. Installation is aided by an innovative notching system that guarantees tight fitting logs and no planning permission should be necessary as the ridge height is under 2.5m.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
