Description
Impressively spacious and contemporary in style, this 18 x 12ft Apex Log Cabin from market leaders Power is a versatile structure with many uses. It can be a retreat on sunny summer days, an office for those working from home, perhaps a gym or hobby space.
Excellent quality building materials have been used throughout including 44mm Scandinavian timber cladding and 19mm tongue & groove roof and floor boards. All the timber has been sustainably sourced and, because the wood is slow grown, it is exceptionally durable.
Effective insulation is created by uPVC double doors that can be positioned centrally or on each side, and tilt & turn windows. They are fitted with toughened glass double glazing and a 5 point locking mechanism offers security for valuable items and equipment that are stored inside.
The use of high quality fixtures and fittings continues with low threshold aluminium door sills to aid access and the Burford style skirting that decorates the interior of this superbly appointed cabin that will be such a notable addition to any outside space.
There's no better roof covering available that EPDM, a rubber material whose durability will stretch to 50 years and which has a gutter edge drip plate so that rainwater runs off away from the sides of the cabin. Tanalised bearers are also in place under the cabin floor so that air can circulate and rot prevented.
Assembling the cabin is aided by an innovative log notching system which also enables a watertight and weatherproof fit Finally, if you are concerned about planning permission, the ridge height is below 2.5m with extra deep purloins creating a rigid roof, so none should be necessary.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
