So well designed with undoubted contemporary style, the Power 16 x 12ft can have many uses throughout the whole year, a great place to relax during the summer or a hobby room, office or home gym whatever the season or weather.
Thick 44mm Scandinavian timber is used for the cabin's weatherproof cladding and 19mm tongue & groove boards provide the robust flooring and sturdy roof. All this wood is responsibly sourced and boasts superb durability.
Double glazed with toughened safety glass, the tilt & turn windows and double doors are made from tough anthracite grey uPVC. These insulate the cabin and they all benefit from a 5 point locking mechanism that secures valuable contents.
To make entry into the cabin easier, there are low threshold aluminium door sills and inside you'll find Burford style skirting. The doors can in fact be fitted centrally or to the left or right, whichever position is most appropriate to the cabin's future use or location.
Guaranteeing rot resistance, there are tanalised bearers lifting the structure off the ground so that a flow of air is created, and covering the roof is EPDM rather than traditional mineral felt. This rubber material has a much longer projected life span and a gutter edge drip plate to protect the sides of the cabin from rainwater
With an innovative notching system, assembling the cabin is a straightforward process. The logs fit tightly together and, as the ridge height is below 2.5m with extra deep purlins offering rigidity, planning permission should not be required.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
