44mm interlocking logs make up the attractive weatherproof cladding, the timber is sourced sustainably from Scandinavia and assembly is made as easy as possible with a specially developed notching system. The roof and floor are built from strong tongue & groove boards which are 19mm thick and EPDM is preferred to traditional roofing felt as it is so much more durable.

Any activity in the cabin will benefit from the amount of light flowing through the toughened double glazing that also offers very useful insulation. This means that the cabin can be used whatever the weather or season, particularly as the tilt & turn windows open to allow in a refreshing breeze during hot weather.

The doors, that have a low threshold to assist access, and window frames are anthracite grey to enhance the cabin's contemporary appearance and crafted from hardwearing and easy to maintain uPVC. Depending on the location and your preference, the wide double doors can be placed at either side and they are fitted with a 5 point key lock mechanism to secure any contents.

Once inside the cabin, you will appreciate the Burford style skirting and a great feeling of spaciousness even though the ridge height has been kept below 2.5 metres so that planning permission is probably not necessary. Extra deep purlins are included so that strength and rigidity is not compromised.

A gutter edge drip plate will help prevent rainwater damage and tanalised bearers, that lift the cabin off the ground, enable air to freely circulate. You'll find that everything you need to quickly build the cabin is included and a generous ten year guarantee is offered against rot and decay.
