Description
The Power 14 x 12ft Pent Log Cabin is inspired by Scandinavian design, it's a handsome and versatile garden building that can be used throughout the year, somewhere comfortable and warm where you can relax or work.
Northern European forests provide all the sustainably sourced timber and Power's special notching system means that the 44mm interlocking logs can be quickly transformed into weatherproof cladding. Tongue & groove 19mm boards make up the sturdy floor and a roof that's covered by EPDM, a rubber material that has an expected life span of 50 years.
Inside the cabin you'll find a bright interior with a feeling of spaciousness that's created by a generous amount of double glazing fitted with toughened glass. The wide double doors are fully glazed, they can be located on either side and have a low threshold for easy access and a 5 point key lock mechanism to secure any contents.
The interior is well appointed with Burford style skirting and, while the cabin is well insulated during cold weather, tilt & turn windows open for ventilation when the weather is hot. Anthracite grey uPVC window and door frames are simple to keep clean and emphasize the cabin's contemporary appearance.
Planning permission can be time consuming and expensive, that's why the ridge height has been kept under 2.5 metres with extra deep purlins to ensure the structure remains rigid and strong.
Everything required for assembly will be supplied. This includes a gutter level drip plate that protects against rain damage and tanalised bearers that lift the cabin off the ground to avoid wood rot and decay against which there is a ten year guarantee.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
