Description
The 14 x 12ft Apex Log Cabin from Power is versatile and superbly well built. Able to be used throughout the year for both relaxation and work, it will be the perfect home office or leisure space whatever the season.
Only responsibly sourced timber is used for the 44mm log cladding and the tongue & groove roof and floor boards are 19mm thick. EPDM protects the roof, a highly durable rubber material that, unlike normal mineral felt, will last for many years.
Planning permission shouldn't be a problem as the cabin has been designed to have a ridge height below 2.5 metres with extra deep purlins ensuring strength and rigidity. Design features also include low threshold doors that can be located at either side and these are fitted with a five point key lock for security.
Inside you'll find Burford style skirting and a room that is bright and spacious with light streaming through toughened glass double glazing. Tilt & turn windows will create a pleasant ambiance during hot weather while the glazing provides effective insulation for the colder months.
All the door and window frames are made from hardwearing but easy to clean grey anthracite uPVC which looks extremely smart, and this well thought out cabin's various features also include a gutter edge drip plate the deflects rain water.
Tanalised bearers are in place to encourage air to flow under the structure and there is a ten year guarantee against rot and decay. Assembly is assisted by Power's notching system for the interlocking logs and everything you need will be delivered with the cabin.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
